Valley Manor is an accredited 90-bed long-term care facility governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

• understanding of the governance role of members of a board of directors in a not-for-profit environment
• enthusiasm about healthcare in our rural community
• willingness to become familiar with the continuum of care in our region and within the Ottawa Valley Ontario Health Team
• skills and/or experience to actively participate in the governance role during the upcoming significant redevelopment project period, in addition to the overall work of the board
• strongly committed to the mission, vision and values and have strong personal and professional integrity

We welcome applicants with a variety of skill sets and from all backgrounds according to the Valley Manor skills matrix. Applications are welcome from the entire Renfrew County catchment area.
