Work with a team in an environment where you contribute to the success of an organization. Magellan Aerospace Haley is recruiting for a Millwright. This is a full-time position working rotating shifts, five days a week. These are currently morning and afternoon shifts but may include overnight shifts in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, electrical, and control systems.
• Assemble and repair machinery, fixtures, pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, and gearboxes.
• Perform welding and cutting torch operations for repairs and fabrication tasks.
• Analyze root causes of equipment failures, recurring production issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Enhance and support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Maintain an organized work environment in compliance with company health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to machine technicians and apprentices.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors and team members.

• Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A)
• Proven industrial maintenance experience
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding systems
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and industry best practices
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for maintenance documentation and technical data management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Dedicated to workplace safety and strict adherence to health and safety regulations
• Wear CSA-approved footwear, safety glasses, ear protection, etc.
