Our services include excavating, civil construction, aggregates, float services, rock breakers, landscaping, snow removal, and sand, gravel and topsoil.
We are currently recruiting for a Water & Sewer Foreman. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday. overtime and weekend availability is possible.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and assisting with site staff, contractors and subcontractors
- Overseeing the installation of sewer and water pipes for construction projects on grade and for concrete structures
- Organizing the work crews, including ensuring appropriate equipment is available to ensure the project proceeds in an efficient manner
- Provide training or site and project updates to crew members as needed
- Communicate with project leaders to keep them informed of timelines, challenges and requirements
- Assisting with the project work as needed
- Complete required documentation and reporting in a timely manner

- Experience working on construction sites, specifically with watermain and sewer projects, and overseeing projects from start through to completion
- Previous experience in a leadership and supervisory role in the construction field
- Post-secondary education in engineering or other technical training is an asset
- A good communicator for construction crew members, company management and the public
- Excellent administrative skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Health and safety training appropriate for construction work
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks
- Valid driver’s license
- Safety training certificates such as First Aid-CPR, WHMIS, etc. are assets
- An understanding of grades and elevation
