We are recruiting for a Customer Care Representative to join our practice. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Booking appointments and anticipating the veterinarian's appointment needs
- Scheduling pet appointments and following up with clients
- Recordkeeping: updating charts and general clinic records
- Going over any processes or education with the customer
- Processing payments and insurance forms
- Greeting clients and ensuring the clinic is tidy and welcoming
