G2 Gas Technician

Kool-Vent is a customer-focused full-service HVAC company that was originally started in 2006. Located in Pembroke, we employ highly trained people with a goal of making our company the best HVAC company in the Ottawa Valley.

Currently, we are looking to add a G2 Gas Technician to our team. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Ensure customer's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
• Keep accurate records and provide reports electronically to the administration
• Maintain all required licenses and paperwork

• G2 gas license equired
• Asset licenses: Refrigeration-air conditioning, oil, and sheet metal 
• Valid driver’s license
• Effective knowledge of HVAC systems
• Customer service orientation
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and a strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
