Bonnechere Valley is a small municipality with plenty to offer residents in every season. The main village of Eganville is located at the junction of Highways 41 and 60, a major transportation route for trucks and vehicles travelling to and through those destinations. The municipality is known for its lake and rivers especially the Bonnechere River which flows directly through the village.

We are currently recruiting for an Arena Attendant. This is a part-time position and includes evenings, holidays and weekends. Hours will vary according to the schedule needs.

Under the direction of the Manager of Recreation and Culture, the Arena Attendant assists in provision of services related to the arena and park facilities. This role also assists a variety of maintenance, repair to public parks and facilities and involves operating the Zamboni

• Class G driver’s license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing
• A focus on providing excellent customer service
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with particular attention to detail
• Assets:
• Knowledge and ability to operate ice machines
• Experience in equipment operation
• Basic Refrigeration certificate
