We are recruiting for a Grademan. This is a full-time, with potential for year-round employment.

The Grademan ensures that construction sites are properly graded and leveled. You will work closely with others on construction sites to ensure the project details are met. This position checks elevations with lasers, GPS and other equipment. The ability to follow site plans is critical.

We are a small company with a tight-knit team environment. Our team members focus on high-quality workmanship and exceeding customer expectations.

• A minimum of five years of experience as a grademan in residential construction and light commercial construction
• Experience with GPS equipment and software
• Experience grading with the use of lasers
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Clean driver’s abstract
• Current health and safety certifications are assets
• Able to follow a schedule
• High standards for quality
• A sound work ethic
