Merol Constructors Ltd. is a multi-faceted construction business that works on projects within and outside of Renfrew County. We deliver high-quality residential, commercial and industrial projects. The business has been owned and operated by the Olsheski family since 1981.

We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator-Estimator. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities of this position include:

• Helping coordinate construction projects by working with the team lead
• Scheduling equipment usage and deliveries to job sites
• Estimating various work for residential and civil projects
• Applying for permits and locates
• Attending construction meetings and preparing progress reports
• Maintaining daily work records

• Two or more years of experience estimating civil and residential projects
• Five or more years of experience in the construction industry
• Class G driver's license
• The ability to work extended hours as needed
• A team player that works diligently to see projects succeed
• Strong organizations and scheduling skills
• Familiarity with scheduling and estimating software and programs as well as Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to deadlines and details
