We are currently recruiting for a Curb Machine Operator. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday. overtime and weekend availability is possible.

The Curb Machine Operator uses specific equipment to makes casts of concrete for sidewalks, gutters and curbs.

Responsibilities:

• Adjust concrete work for job sites given changes in grading or in uneven situations
• Plan the work for the job site in an efficient manner
• Efficiently provide repair services to concrete forms
• Work safely on the job site with coworkers and in the use of equipment, adhering to company policies and implementing safety training protocols
• Immediately resolve and/or report all safety issues
• Adjust to job site issues
• Daily inspection and maintenance of equipment to ensure it is in safe working order
• Perform repairs to the curb machine on job sites
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with all contamination control initiatives

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in setting line for slip forms for various styles of curb
• Knowing how to navigate the curb machine within a construction job site
• Able to read blueprints and understand specifications for job sites
• Able to work extended hours to complete a project if needed
• Familiar with safety protocols on a construction site
