We are currently recruiting experienced Concrete Formers and Finishers to join our growing team. Successful candidates will be responsible for forming, placing, and finishing concrete to meet project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and strip concrete forms (wood and/or metal)
• Place, spread, and level concrete
• Finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
• Ensure proper curing and surface quality
• Read and follow drawings and specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Previous experience as a concrete former or finisher is preferred
• Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniques
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of performing manual labour
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
