Town & Country Forming is a construction company based in Renfrew, specializing in concrete work for residential and commercial projects. We take pride in quality craftsmanship, safe work practices, and a strong team-oriented work environment.

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Carpenter. This is a full-time position. Expected hours are Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week.

The Carpenter will use various carpentry techniques and be comfortable working on diverse projects. These range from new construction to residential renovations. We have upcoming projects located within the Renfrew area and seeking an additional team member to complete our team. The work you will be doing includes:

• Framing
• Decking and siding
• Installing interior and exterior windows, doors and handrails
• Performing all interior work such as trim work and flooring

• Proficient in various carpentry techniques for the above-noted projects
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
• Ability to do precise material take-off on tasks
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the team and manager
• Effective collaboration with all team members.
• Must have three years of experience in a related job field.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• A commitment to quality craftsmanship
