Are you meticulously organized and genuinely enjoy helping customers? Join our growing screen printing and embroidery team as an Order Intake & Customer Service Representative! This is a full-time position.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to be the one of the primary point of contacts for our clients, ensuring every custom order is accurately processed from start to finish. This position is the backbone of our order production process. You will be responsible for translating customer requests into precise, production-ready orders, requiring a high degree of attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and accurately enter all custom apparel and merchandise orders into our system.
• Maintain impeccable accuracy in all order data, pricing, and deadlines to prevent production errors and costly reworks.
• Liaise internally with the art department and production team to ensure all order details and timelines are understood and feasible.
• Prepare and send accurate invoices based on the confirmed order details.
• Serve as the primary, professional, and friendly contact for all customer inquiries, order updates, and issues via phone and email.
• Proactively communicate any potential delays or issues and work quickly to resolve customer concerns in a positive manner.
• Develop a strong knowledge of our apparel options, printing processes, and embroidery techniques to confidently advise customers.

• Proven experience in a customer service, order entry, or administrative role is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of organizational skill.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite (Word, Docs, Excel and Sheets).
• The ability to learn new order management software quickly.
• A positive, professional, and patient attitude when interacting with customers.
• Experience in the apparel, print, or graphics industry is a strong asset.
