MacKillican and Associates is a public accounting firm in Renfrew. We provide services to small and medium-sized clients including accounting, auditing, management advisory services along with personal, farm, corporate and estate taxation. Established in 1951, the firm serves Renfrew County as well as area of Ottawa-Carleton and Lanark County.

Due to the expanding auditing base of our practice, we are currently recruiting a Senior Auditor - Audit Manager with public accounting experience to perform audit and review engagements for various industries, municipalities and non-profit organizations in our Renfrew office.

You are a financial professional who:

• Coordinates and prepares audits and reviews of financial statements of clients
• Manages multiple complex engagements simultaneously
• Provides effective communication with our clients, government agencies, partners and staff
• Provides expertise in audit and assurance
• Provides accounting and tax compliance service to clients
• Proactively identifies client needs and creates strategies to proficiently serve clients

• CPA designation is an asset
• In-depth knowledge of PSAB, GAAS and GAAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Responsibility and ownership for completion of engagements
• Understand the importance of quality client service
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe, CaseWare, CaseView and Taxprep
