Triple Oak Farms is a busy, family-run operation with a wide range of projects on the go — from fieldwork and equipment upkeep to bagging, building repairs, and property maintenance. No two days are the same, and priorities can shift quickly, so we’re looking for someone who takes initiative, can think on their feet, and keeps things moving without needing constant direction.
We are recruiting for a Farm & Property Maintenance Worker. This is a full-time, year-round position.
We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and can handle a mix of farm work, general maintenance, and renovation projects. This role is ideal for someone who can roll with the punches, figure things out as they go, and take pride in getting a job done right — even when the plan changes halfway through the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting, harvesting, and general field operations.
- Operate tractors, skid steers, and other equipment (training can be provided).
- Perform general maintenance and small repairs on buildings, tools, and vehicles.
- Help with renovation projects including painting, fixing, installing, organizing, etc.
- Maintain shop, yard, and property grounds.
- Stay flexible and open to changing daily tasks as needed.

- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable taking direction but able to problem-solve when instructions are unclear.
- Practical skills in equipment operation, repairs, carpentry, or general maintenance.
- Reliable, adaptable, and organized; someone who can manage their time and tasks well.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working outdoors in all conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
- We’re more interested in practical ability and work ethic than formal qualifications.
