M&R Feeds and Farm Supply (Renfrew) is a small, independently owned family business. We specialize in Purina animal feeds, horse supplies, work wear, several lines of dog and cat food, bird seeds, chick and laying hen sales, as well as many other products.

After 30+ years with M&R Feeds and Farm Supply (Renfrew), a key member of our employee team has decided to retire, and we are now looking for a new employee to fill that role.

We are recruiting for a Salesperson. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00ppm and every second Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers to choose the items they need
• Making recommendations on supplies and products
• Ordering and receiving stock in the store
• Occasionally delivering customer orders

• A good working knowledge of the agricultural sector and/or animal nutrition
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds throughout the day
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Forklift license and experience operating a forklift
• A valid driver's license
