Based at Calabogie Motorsports Park, the team is recognized as one of North America’s top Audi Sport Customer Racing teams, with championships in TCR Canada and the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge. For 2026, TWOth competes under the Shopify Racing Powered by TWOth banner in LMP3 and GT4, including the Rolex 24 at Daytona and the Twelve Hours of Sebring.

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and capable Shop Coordinator to join our team at Calabogie Motorsports Park. This is a full-time position.

This role sits at the centre of our shop operations, keeping work moving efficiently between our technicians, communicating clearly with customers and program managers, and ensuring the parts, information, and resources our team needs are always in place.

This is a primarily shop-based role, with opportunities to travel with the team to support larger events as TWOth’s programs continue to grow. As our presence in IMSA and NASCAR Canada expands, so too will the scope and opportunity within this position for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain shop workflow, scheduling technician time and prioritizing work orders across multiple vehicles and programs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, program managers, and drivers regarding vehicle status, timelines, and service updates
  • Write, track, and close work orders accurately, ensuring all work performed is documented and accounted for
  • Coordinate parts ordering, sourcing, and receiving; maintain inventory levels and follow up on outstanding orders
  • Communicate service findings and timelines to customers and team management in a clear and professional manner
  • Liaise between technicians and team leadership to ensure priorities are aligned and met
  • Track shop productivity and proactively flag bottlenecks, scheduling conflicts, or capacity issues
  • Maintain organized records of service history, parts inventory, and customer communications
  • Support invoicing and assist with basic financial tracking related to shop operations
  • Contribute to a professional, organized, and efficient shop environment
Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in a service-based, automotive, or industrial role and environment
  • General understanding of vehicle service processes and the ability to read and interpret work orders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Clear, professional communication skills, written and verbal, with customers, suppliers, and team members
  • Proficiency with standard computer tools including scheduling software, email, and basic shop management or invoicing systems
  • Valid driver’s license and valid passport required for potential travel to U.S. race events
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Proactive communication and consistent follow-through
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure and shifting priorities
  • Team-first mindset with a natural ability to keep people informed and on track
  • Professional and confident customer-facing manner

Preferred:

  • Experience in a motorsports, performance, or racing shop environment
  • Familiarity with race programs, series logistics, or event coordination
  • Parts sourcing experience including performance, specialty, or race-specific components
  • Background in service writing, estimating, or shop management
