McCrea Excavating Ltd. is a family-owned business that has been serving Eastern Ontario for multiple decades. All our services and equipment are backed by the reputation of high quality, personable and reliable services. Our services include excavating, civil construction, aggregates, float services, rock breakers, landscaping, snow removal and sand, gravel and topsoil.

We currently have an immediate need for Traffic Control Persons – to start May 25. These are seasonal full-time positions working Monday to Friday.

Traffic Control Persons are responsible for directing traffic and ensuring safety on the roads. They signal vehicles when to slow down, stop, and when it's safe to proceed.

• 18 years old or older and a non-student
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle to get to job sites
• A valid traffic control person ticket is an asset
• Own CSA-approved safety boots (we provide the rest of the personal protective equipment)
• Strong work ethic; a reliable and punctual individual
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
• Must be flexible if needed to work extra hours

Note: This is a safety-sensitive position with a zero tolerance policy for the use of marijuana, medical and recreational.
