Canadian Waste Management is a full-service, commercial and residential waste management company. We provide products and services to commercial, industrial, and residential customers as well as construction sites for both temporary and ongoing needs. Our scope of services includes the sale, rental, leasing, and repair of specialized equipment as well as temporary and ongoing waste management services.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll-Off Driver to join our team in Eganville. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks to transport waste materials from various job sites to disposal facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate an 18-speed roll-off truck in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Load and unload containers at designated sites, ensuring proper handling of materials.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any incidents that occur during operations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding schedules and service requirements.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the road and at job sites.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the truck and equipment.

• Valid commercial driver's license (DZ-AZ) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a roll-off truck driver
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to transportation and waste management.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and team members.
• Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading tasks.
• A strong commitment to safety.
• Excellent driving skills.
