Due to a much-deserved retirement after 43 years of service, we are recruiting for an experienced AZ Driver-Equipment Hauler to join our team. This can be a part-time or full-time position. We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused individual with experience hauling agricultural and construction equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicle systems and equipment and complete all required paperwork.
- Operate trucks safely and efficiently.
- Have a strong understanding of rigging, loading, and load securement to safely and effectively move equipment.
- Transport agricultural and construction equipment and machinery to and from customer locations.
- Maintain positive customer relationships during equipment pickups and deliveries.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Promptly report any mechanical or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including e-logs, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
- Be responsible for the overall condition and safe operation of assigned vehicles and equipment.
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, safety, and security of all cargo.
- Follow company and customer policies and safety procedures.
