IG is recruiting for two Curriculum & Education Consultants to strengthen and expand our training initiatives. These roles will provide leadership in curriculum design, conduct an internal review of existing training approaches, and support the development of a new, forward-looking education programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-lead curriculum design and refinement of IG's training initiatives
- Conduct a high-level internal review and evaluation of existing education and training programs
- Co-develop frameworks, tools, and templates to support facilitators and enhance delivery
- Co-create evaluation approaches (logic models, learner assessments, feedback loops) to measure impact
- Consult with youth, community partners, to align training with learner needs
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations for scaling and sustaining education programming

- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational program consulting
- Skilled in assessing and strengthening educational content, learning outcomes, and program delivery
- Knowledge of Indigenous knowledge systems, cultural perspectives, and culturally responsive approaches and a commitment to Indigenous self-determination in education
- Experience designing and implementing multi-modal learning programs, including in-person, virtual, hybrid approaches
- Strong analytical, research, and facilitation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and recommend meaningful enhancements.
