Calabogie Peaks is a four-season country resort located on the shores of Calabogie Lake at the base of Dickson Mountain, 50 minutes from Ottawa. This boutique hotel includes 25 recently renovated rooms and 30 condo suites (one to three bedrooms). Canthooks Restaurant offers a curated menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with a warm lobby bar. Calabogie Peaks Hotel is recruiting Restaurant & Event Servers. There are part-time and full-time positions available for year-round opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, professional service to guests in both restaurant and event settings
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with event setup, service, and teardown (tables, linens, buffet stations, etc.)
• Demonstrate basic working knowledge of food, cocktails, and wine to guide guest selections
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Process payments accurately and follow all cash-out procedures

• Two or more years of serving or hospitality experience is an asset
• Smart Serve certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Professional, team-oriented, and guest-focused attitude
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

We offer a minimum hourly wage plus gratuities.
