We are recruiting for a Front Desk Staff-Bartender. This is a full-time position.

As a member of the front desk team, you are the face of our brand. You will be interacting with guests all day, every day! Key responsibilities include:

• Serving food and drinks to guests
• Managing guest communications
• Taking bookings
• Providing room-service delivery
• Restocking the lobby
• Coordinating cleanings with housekeeping staff.

Your #1 goal is to ensure guests have the best experience possible.

Approachable, thoughtful, outdoorsy, cool and fun. You love to let your personality shine. You are energized by interacting with guests. Things like compassion and empathy come easily to you. You love a new challenge, view learning as a lifelong exercise and hold yourself to a high standard.

You are a team player and don’t mind lending an extra hand to housekeepers and the general manager on busy days. You are comfortable using iPhones, iPads and apps to interact with guests and keep track of tasks.

You are proud of where you live and love to share its magic with guests. And most importantly, you have a passion for hospitality.

At a minimum, you have a high school education. Post-secondary training in tourism is a great-to-have. Hands-on experience in hospitality is a bonus.

Interview Process

• Part 1: Phone Interview. We will ask you situational questions to understand how you would approach various scenarios. For example: what would you do if three guests all asked you for something at once?
• Part 2: In-person interview.
