The Rainbow Valley Community Health Centre (RVCHC) provides a range of primary health care, illness prevention, client education and health promotion services. RVCHC is a partner of St. Francis Memorial Hospital.
Rainbow Valley Community Health Centre (RVCHC) currently has an opening for a Nurse Practitioner (NP). This is a temporary, full-time (maternity leave) position.
About The Role
The Nurse Practitioner position begins December 2025 and provides a range of primary health care, illness prevention, client education and health promotion services at RVCHC. The NP must be aware of, understand, and adhere to the standards of practice set out by the College of Nurses of Ontario. NPs have courtesy privileges for diagnostic tests ordered through its partner organization, St. Francis Memorial Hospital (SFMH).
In this position you will have the opportunity to work to your full scope of practice with strong emphasis on disease prevention, health promotion, education, community partnerships and group sessions. You will be a vital part of our multidisciplinary team comprising of a physicians, NPs, nurses, a social worker and administrative support staff.
