Petawawa Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic is a busy health clinic in Petawawa. We are a physiotherapist-owned clinic with a largely active clientele including members of the Canadian Armed Forces. Our philosophy of care is to provide an active, one-on-one approach, with an emphasis on exercise prescription and education while providing hands-on manual therapy techniques. Our interdisciplinary team includes chiropractic, massage therapy, osteopathy and chiropody. We encourage the sharing of ideas and treatment techniques.
We are recruiting for a Foot Care Nurse to join our team as an employee or as an independent contractor. There is a growing caseload available. Mentorship and clinical support are available from our administrative and clinical teams, namely our chiropodist, Stacey Adach.
The Foot Care Nurse will provide advanced, general and diabetic foot care services. In this role, you will provide diabetic risk assessments and circulation checks, and early detection of ulcers or neuropathy, in addition to regular care of calluses, corns and other foot health treatments.

We are looking for someone who works well in a professional healthcare environment and enjoys the opportunity to assist patients with the best options for their health. A friendly, approachable and attentive manner is a good fit with us. In addition, we are looking for these qualifications:
- Registered nurse or registered practical nurse in Ontario
- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Post-diploma training in basic and advanced foot care
- Previous experience in providing foot care services
