Work with a team in an environment where you contribute to the success of an organization. We are recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm with occasional overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple sites to ensure smooth ERP system operations throughout the division.
• Support ERP data accuracy through validation, documentation, and ongoing integrity checks.
• Evaluate system usability and propose improvements to enhance business processes.
• Deliver Tier 3 technical support, facilitate end-user training, and act as a liaison between divisional and corporate IT teams.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues, escalating complex technical challenges.
• Conduct data analysis and produce reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Utilize data mining techniques to extract actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
• Wear CSA-approved footwear, hearing protection, and eye protection on the plant floor. Eye and hearing protection are provided by Magellan.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business or a related field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of two years of experience supporting manufacturing operations (e.g., production planning, quality, supply chain, or operations).
• Strong computer literacy with exposure to ERP systems, databases, and business software.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience with an ERP system such as Cincom, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with process mapping, VSM or workflow documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel macros, or data analysis tools.
