We’re recruiting for reliable, hardworking Construction Labourers to join our dynamic team for a project in Pikwakanagan. These are full-time positions.
You’ll work alongside experienced professionals on large-scale civil projects, contributing to meaningful work that shapes the future of our communities. This is a year-round position, including winter operations such as heating and hoarding of temporary structures.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist with building a temporary structure for safety
- Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
- Load, move, and organize materials and equipment
- Build, maintain, and dismantle temporary hoarding and heating systems
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive job site
- Perform small drywall repairs
- Tape, mud, patch and paint
- Drill through concrete foundation and concrete slabs

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in construction, civil, or utility work is preferred
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
- WHMIS, Working at Heights, and Confined Space training are assets
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
