We’re recruiting for reliable, hardworking Construction Labourers to join our dynamic team for a project in Pikwakanagan. These are full-time positions.

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals on large-scale civil projects, contributing to meaningful work that shapes the future of our communities. This is a year-round position, including winter operations such as heating and hoarding of temporary structures.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist with building a temporary structure for safety
  • Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
  • Load, move, and organize materials and equipment
  • Build, maintain, and dismantle temporary hoarding and heating systems
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and productive job site
  • Perform small drywall repairs
  • Tape, mud, patch and paint
  • Drill through concrete foundation and concrete slabs
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in construction, civil, or utility work is preferred
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
  • WHMIS, Working at Heights, and Confined Space training are assets
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
