Mativ Renfrew is recruiting for Slitter Operators to join our production team! There are five full-time positions available. These are 12-hour rotating shifts (days, nights and weekends).

Reporting to the designated safety and production supervisor, Slitter Operators will be responsible for the following:

• Operating machinery
• Troubleshooting jobs
• Performing quality checks on products 
• Adhering to safety policies and procedures

• Grade 12 education
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude, as determined by entry testing
• Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 12-hour schedule (on average 14 working days per month)
• Basic computer knowledge and skill
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere environment
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions

Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $24.78 - $26.95 per hour 
• RRSP: 6.5% company RRSP match after successful completion of probationary period
