Mativ Renfrew is recruiting for Mixtruder Operators. There are three full-time positions available.  These are 12-hour rotating shifts (days, nights and weekends).

Reporting to the designated safety and production supervisor, Mixtruder Operators will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing and feeding adhesive to machinery
• Assisting operators 
• Troubleshooting 
• Compounding and mixing material

• Grade 12 education
• 1+ years of proven experience, ideally in a fast-moving dynamic manufacturing environment is an asset
• Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 12-hour schedule
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions

Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $23.34 - $24.06 per hour 
• RRSP: 6.5% company RRSP match after successful completion of probationary period
