Mativ Renfrew is recruiting for Calender Operators to join our production team! These are full-time positions. Calender Operators are available to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days, nights and weekends), and have an average of 14 days off every month.

The Calender Operator is responsible for the safe operation of a three roll calender for the production of high quality cloth and polyethylene tape products. The Calender Operator provides direction to the calender crew and reports to the designated safety and production supervisor.

• Grade 12 education
• 3-5 years of proven experience, ideally in a fast moving dynamic manufacturing environment
• Math and mechanical aptitude, as determined by entry testing (minimum of 80% required on testing)
• Ability to work days and nights on a rotating 12-hour schedule

Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $26.97 - $29.84 per hour 
• RRSP: 6.5% company RRSP match after successful probationary period
