Mativ is a worldwide leading manufacturer of bonding and adhesive components and solutions for the healthcare, industrial and transportation markets.

We are currently recruiting for a Calendar Operator. This is a full-time position working 12-hour shifts with an average of 14 days off every month.

Reporting to the designated Safety and Production Supervisor, Calender Operators are responsible for the safe operation of a three-roll calender for the production of high-quality cloth and polyethylene tape products according to specified standards and procedures. The Calender Operator provides direction to the calender crew.

• Grade 12 education
• 3-5 years of proven experience, ideally in a fast-moving, dynamic manufacturing environment
• Math and mechanical aptitude, as determined by entry testing (a minimum of 80% is required on testing)
• Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 12-hour schedule

Compensation package:

• Pay rates: $26.97 to $29.84 per hour
