We are recruiting for an Associate Insurance Advisor II. This is a full-time position.
The Associate Insurance Advisor II is a key player in the support and development of the agency operation primarily through sales and service. This role utilizes a broad knowledge of The Co-operators insurance products and services including property insurance such as home and commercial in which you will provide both sales and support.
What you’re responsible for:
- Sales, service and profitable growth of both personal lines and specialty lines products.
- Advising and recommending coverages and policies that best meet client needs.
- Actively focus on prospecting for all lines of business by identifying and recommending additional products and services that benefit the client.
- Completing front line risk assessment and selection following underwriting guidelines.
- Completing inspections and re-inspections.
- Achieving individual goals for client service, sales, quality and productivity and contribute to the achievement of overall agency sales and growth goals.
- Responding to client questions and concerns, resolving customer complaints and escalating issues appropriately.
- Proactively complete client reviews on the home and commercial portfolio.
