We are currently recruiting for an ambitious Construction Project Coordinator. This is a full-time position.

As the Construction Project Coordinator, you will serve as a vital communication hub within our project team, ensuring a seamless flow of information. Your responsibilities will include managing project documentation, such as contracts, shop drawings, requests for information, change orders, startup and closeout documents, and project payment billings. Additionally, you will assist project teams with tendering and procurement processes.

• Experience working for a construction-related organization
• A related college or university degree or equivalent is preferred
• Experience using project management software
• Strong organizational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities
• A highly personable individual with the ability to quickly build and maintain relationships with clients and sub-trades
• An individual with a competitive spirit driven by goals and results
• A team player, willing to go out of their way to help and support their team
• A self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision
