We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Designer-Salesperson to join our team. This is a full-time position.
A Kitchen Designer-Salesperson works with clients to bring their dreams to reality. They provide custom design and excellent customer service through the entire kitchen renovation process. This position is part of the kitchen, bath, and flooring team, and in addition to kitchen sales, the successful candidate will also serve our customers with bathroom and flooring renovations.
Duties include:
- Driving sales through quality of design, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service.
- Generating leads by approaching potential clients in the showroom and presenting the benefits of our kitchen program.
- Meeting with clients to determine their needs and provide solutions.
- Measuring for cabinets and countertops.
- Designing custom kitchens using 20/20 Kitchen Design Software.
- Coordinating kitchen installations.
- Serving customers with their bathroom renovation and flooring needs.
- Working to maintain the cleanliness and overall presentation of the kitchen, bath and flooring showroom and department.
