The Township of Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards covers the area of Round Lake, Killaloe and the Wilno area. Highway 60 runs through the municipality which is situated between North Algona Wilberforce and Madawaska Valley. We offer ample outdoor recreational opportunities and a strong and connected community.

The township is recruiting Rink Supervisors at the Round Lake Centre Outdoor Rink and the Killaloe Outdoor Rink. These are contract positions.

The Rink Supervisor’s duties will include:

• Open and close the recreation building for scheduled skating times
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Support and enforce rink rules and schedule
• Fill out rink tracking sheets and incident reports
• Look after the concession sales, manage inventory and provide sales records
• Tidy up at the end of each shift (main area, concession, bathroom)
• Help with special events and activities
• Perform First Aid as required
• Be aware of and enforce rules and policies pertaining to the use of municipal property

• Able to work in a team environment and independently
• Valid First Aid-CPR training or willing to obtain
• Punctual and reliable
• Responsible with cash
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent people skills
• Positive, enthusiastic and organized
• Possess and maintain a valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence
• Obtain a current criminal record-vulnerable sector check
