Work with a team in an environment where you contribute to the success of an organization. Magellan Aerospace Haley is recruiting for a Product Technician. This is a full-time position. The preferred candidate will be available to work a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with the potential for afternoon shift assignments in the future.

This role supports the development, testing and improvement of our products and collaborates with the shop floor teams and customers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in product assembly, testing, and evaluation according to design specs
• Perform inspections and quality checks during different stages of production
• Collaborate with engineering to identify and solve performance or design issues
• Document product testing data, processes, and improvements
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to safety and operational standards

• A high school diploma or GED
• Post-secondary education in a technical discipline is an asset, or the equivalent two to three years of hands-on experience in a technical field
• Previous experience in a technician role within manufacturing or product development
• Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Wear CSA-approved footwear, hearing protection and safety glasses when entering the production floor
