Burnsco Technologies is a manufacturer of quality, affordable temperature and humidity test chambers. We offer benchtop, reach-in, steady state and walk-in chambers all manufactured in Canada. Burnsco also offers complete after sales service and calibration on all types of test chambers.

We are recruiting for an Engineering Technician-Technologist to work in our sheet metal welding and fabrication shop. This is a full-time position.

This is a hands-on position, and the candidate will be required to learn the various operations in the shop including TIG welding and finishing, press brake operation, NC punch operation and other operations as required. We provide training where needed.

• A recent college graduate from a mechanical engineering technician or technology program (or equivalent)
• Previous experience using Solidworks is an asset
• Previous work in a fabrication environment is an asset
• Good attention to detail
• Good workmanship standards and safe work practices
• Able to read drawings
