We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible service and support, and we pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge of off-road vehicles and the outdoors.

We are recruiting a skilled Powersports Service Technician to join our team. This can be a part-time or a full-time position.

The Powersports Service Technician provides expert maintenance and repair services for a variety of all terrain vehicles, snowmobile, side by side and marine mechanical and electrical systems.

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on vehicles and machinery, including engine diagnostics, brake repairs, and suspension work
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repairs efficiently and safely
• Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and assembly instructions to troubleshoot issues accurately
• Conduct inspections to identify mechanical problems and determine appropriate solutions
• Assist with the assembly of parts or systems during repairs or upgrades
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings clearly to customers
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
• Support ongoing maintenance tasks to prevent future issues and improve equipment longevity

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately
• Experience with automotive repair, maintenance, or mechanic work; dealership experience is preferred
• Ability to lift heavy components safely and perform heavy lifting tasks regularly
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
• Knowledge of assembly processes related to vehicle or machinery repair is advantageous
• Valid driver’s license
• Own tools are an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
