We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a General Laborer-Farm Hand. This is a full-time position.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a passion for agriculture, and some knowledge of construction. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a desire to contribute to both farming activities and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with various farm tasks including planting, harvesting, and irrigation.
• Participate in construction projects such as building structures, fencing, and equipment maintenance.
• Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and objectives.
• Embrace opportunities for learning and skill development in both farming and construction areas.

• Previous experience in farming, construction, or related fields is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construction and tools.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
