We currently have an opening for a Maintenance Manager. This is a full-time position.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of all administrative and maintenance operations, including staff and service administration. The incumbent must effectively and efficiently manage the development and direction of the maintenance team to drive the growth of revenue and technical productivity. This individual must supply critical information to the Plant Manager concerning financial matters in addition to leading his/her team in the achievement of company objectives.

• College or university program in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience and training in a technical discipline or trade.
• 5+ years of management experience in a technical environment
  5+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role
  Project management experience
• Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes.
• Able to identify key issues; creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges or obstacles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process or equipment issues.
• Holds a clear and solid understanding of personnel policies, practices, and procedures and other operational issues faced by the organization.
• Maintains a well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
• Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative with high ethical standards
• Exceptional service orientation
• Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
